Aromatherapy Inhalers

 *Note: I have made these in the deluxe containers - the tube is glass and the inhaler top is metal. These are easily refillable and come with an extra cotton wick. Therapeutic values of the essential oils:

•  English Lavender - Calming, relaxing.
•  Lavender & Citrus - Calming, uplifting, and mood-balancing.    
• Anti-Stress - Litsea is used in Chinese medicine for stress, anxiety, asthma, and nausea.      
• Eucalyptus & Mint - Traditionally used for coughing, colds, flu, and sinus issues.   * Do not use for children under the age of 10.
• Focus - Rosemary is well-known for boosting mental activity and increasing concentration, and Sweet Orange - is anti-bacterial, and mood-balancing.      
• Frankincense - Calming, an anti-depressant, promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, and general wellness.      
• Sweet Orange - Uplifting.
