Anti-stress, comforting, and soothing blend of buckwheat, grains, and a proprietary blend of herbs and spices chosen for their anti-stress properties. Use as is, or heat gently for one minute in a microwave. Also can be chilled in the freezer for cold therapy. This generous-sized pac (approx 5 1/2" x 18") comes in assorted soft, 100% cotton and cotton flannel prints, and the cover removes for laundering. It can also be heated in a conventional oven. (Wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes).
